In Ghana, the penetration of TV sets is progressively increasing among households, reaching 67% in 2019. Most homes still only receive free-to-air (FTA) channels: while the migration to digital terrestrial television (DTT) is almost terminated, the most common access remains direct-to-home satellite (DTH).
